I love a good pizza and it's great to see that Sirkus Renaa Sølvberget has updated its pizza menu. A few days ago I had today's pizza which was Quattro Formaggi (or 4 cheeses) pizza with salami and later on I had one of the other new pizzas: Matriciana. This is made with delicious San Marzano tomato sauce, guanciale (a kind of Italian bacon) and pecorino romano cheese. This reminded me of a delicious, warm day in Rome when we found a delicious pizza bulge at Campo di Fiori. Thank you for the delicious pizza Renaa Xpress Sølvberget!
