I have been to Noodle Noodle a couple of times before and I have been very pleased with the sharing menu (see article from visit in January 2022). This time I stopped by with a friend to have some food from the a la carte menu. We decided to go for the Beef Rendang, Phad Thai and chicken kaarage – a culinary adventure in Asia in other words.
I have been to Malaysia a few times and I guess I miss the Malay food as it was great to enjoy a good Beef Rendang again! The meat was very tender and juicy, and the sauce was aromatic, rich and just a bit spicy. The Phad Thai (which is popular in Thailand) was also very good with a mix of chicken and shrimp in the noodles. The chicken karaage is a dish that I have had before on the sharing menu, and I ordered it again as I really enjoy it! This is Japanese style fried chicken, and the chicken is juicy and the coating is crispy and tasty! With an ice cold beer (Tsingtao) this was almost like enjoying a meal on the streets of KL or Bangkok. Thanks for a great meal with lots of Asian flavors Noodle Noodle !
